Every piece is carefully packed inside a glass jar and in a rigid box with an inner reinforcement. Our packaging serves as a jeweler and protection for each piece.
DEvaya ships worldwide from our office in Madrid, Spain.
Unless otherwise noted, we dispatch and ship out within 3-7 business days and reception of full payment.
All our shipments are made by urgent transport agency. The delivery will be made in a period of between 3 and 7 days. The delivery will be made at the agreed address, from Monday to Friday (not holidays), from 10 to 19 hours. In no case will be sent to postal sections.
Parcels sent within Spain will arrive between 3 and 7 labour days.
International destinations will take between 7 and 15 labour days depending on your location or customs delays. We are not responsible for delays on arrival times.
Customs forms will be marked as merchandise with the full price paid for the item. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges or duties placed on your package.

In stock items will be dispatched within seven working days of receipt of payment and we will email you if there are any delays. Please note if your item is not in stock it will be made to order and therefore may take up to two weeks to be completed before being dispatched.

These additional fees cannot be collected by us, nor are they controlled in any way by our Online Store. Refunds and Exchanges
I would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are available on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please inform us by email within a deadline of 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any concerns.

In cases we accept exchanges, you should return the item in the exact same condition in which they were sent, unmarked, unworn within 10 days from the day you received it.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage with a tracking number is to be paid by the customer.
Sale items are non-refundable.
We will only be able to process your return if you email us the tracking number as we cannot be held responsible if the item does not get to us.
We will try to process returns promptly. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
